What is the Job?
Why not accelerate your career with a Data Analyst apprenticeship at Unilever? Working in a diverse, global business, you’ll gain invaluable work experience supporting world-class brands in areas such Customer Development, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain.
Working under the guidance of a dedicated line manager, you will gain the technical knowledge and skills you need to succeed through a combination of real, practical experience and formal training. You can expect on-the-job training, formal development opportunities and dedicated mentoring.
What could your day-to-day-role look like?
This programme helps apprentices become confident analysts who can turn raw data into clear, useful insights that organisations can rely on. You’ll learn how data can be used to answer questions and solve problems by gathering the right information, cleaning it, exploring it and spotting patterns that support better decision‑making.
You’ll also build strong technical skills through our industry‑leading training, learning how to organise and analyse data, use tools like Python, and get an introduction to machine learning. Together, these skills give you a solid foundation to grow into a high‑performing data analyst or begin your journey into data science.
What support will you receive during your apprenticeship?
Your line manager will develop an induction plan to ensure you’re equipped with the foundations to get started. They’ll provide an environment in which you can thrive and will provide ongoing support throughout your apprenticeship. They will carefully construct bespoke goals for you to work towards. You can expect regular one-to-one meetings with your line manager where you’ll receive coaching and guidance.
- You’ll have the opportunity to build a vast network of stakeholders from across the business who you’ll be able to learn from and will encourage you on your apprenticeship journey.
