This UFLP (Unilever Future Leaders Programme) for Human Resources offers a dynamic opportunity to develop into a future HR leader, driving strategic people initiatives and leveraging cutting-edge technologies within a global organization.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Lead and participate in strategic HR projects, including organizational effectiveness initiatives and workforce planning, to align human capital with business objectives.
* Develop and implement innovative talent management strategies, encompassing recruitment, development, and retention programs.
* Drive performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
* Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, effectively collaborating with diverse teams and leadership to achieve HR and business outcomes.
* Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI tools to enhance HR processes, data analysis, and decision-making, including prompt engineering for AI applications.
* Contribute to the strategic thinking and development of HR policies and practices that support business growth and employee well-being.
* Manage vendor relationships for HR-related services, ensuring effective partnerships and optimal service delivery.
* Identify and solve complex HR challenges, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a business-oriented approach.
* Develop leadership capabilities through hands-on experience and structured learning, preparing for future leadership roles within Unilever.

Job Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
* Proven leadership potential and a collaborative mindset.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
* Experience or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Prompt Engineering.
* Understanding of organizational effectiveness and performance management principles.
* Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
* Knowledge of talent management and workforce planning concepts.
* Familiarity with vendor management best practices.
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
