🔑 Key Accountabilities

1. US Brand Management & Execution

• Consumer Insights: Develop a deep understanding of the US customer, their segmentations, and local retail trends.

• Strategic Messaging: Adapt retail messaging to resonate with the US market while staying true to global brand values.

• NPD & Commercial Feedback: Influence the New Product Development (NPD) pipeline by looping US market insights back into commercial decision-making.

• Retail Identity: Define and uphold merchandising principles and on-shelf messaging to ensure maximum visibility and impact.

• Marketing Excellence: Lead the execution of best-in-class shopper marketing and retail activation programs.

2. Growth Planning & Commercial Architecture

• US Growth Plan: Partner with the GM to build and track "Growth Blocks," ensuring all strategic pillars hit key milestones and drive top-line revenue.

• Smart PPA: Tailor range and Price Pack Architecture (PPA) for specific retailers to maximize volume, margin, and category growth.

• Omnichannel Alignment: Synchronize US influencer activations with physical retail windows to drive foot traffic and ensure the brand "wins" at the shelf.
